BWS Activation
Registration and activation required for use. Start by creating a VIVE Business account. Activation must be completed within 90 days of the hardware purchase. A service request cannot be submitted until a business account is created and registered.
VIVE XR Elite Business Edition devices are pre-registered. BWS activation and device registration are required for VIVE Focus Vision Business Edition.

*Purchase and activation of a two (2)-year, or three (3)-year Business Warranty Services (“BWS”) account is required for commercial use of any VIVE head-mounted device (“HMD”), including related accessories. Non-commercial-use owners of VIVE HMDs may convert to commercial-use within ninety (90) days of original purchase of a non-commercial HMD.
To activate a BWS account, or to upgrade from a two (2)-year plan to a three (3)-year plan, you must register your account details, accept the VIVE Business Terms and Conditions ,and pay the applicable commercial-use fee (initial purchase of VIVE Business Edition includes a two (2)-year BWS account; activation required). Support services are not available until you register and activate your BWS account.
